How do you ship furniture and large plumbing fixtures?

Large plumbing fixtures, such as Toilets, Sinks, Tubs & Jacuzzis, Shower bases or Furniture etc, are usually shipped through a private courier, pricing may vary. In the event of visible outer damage to the carton, please refer to the Company policy terms.

Do you charge sales tax?

As our showroom is located in New York, me must collect sales tax from orders shipped to New York. All others are exempted from paying sales tax.

I cannot locate the specific item I want?

While we make every effort to keep our catalog accurately and up to date as far as we can, but there may still be missing this and that. Therefore if you dont see your specific item, you may want to email us for prompt response at support@thehomedecor.net

What is the leadtime for the items to arrive?

Normally, hardware and faucets is approximately 5 to 7 business days. Sinks and toilets 10 to 14 business days. Furniture and tubs etc. may have a longer leadtime, please contact us to request an estimate. Should occur any exception we will notify you

I received an error during checkout?

If you get a message about the “Hard code Z” error, usually displays after huge or multiple items that do not comply with UPS shipping terms. However, you will need to contact us and we have the order processed manually.

Items are deleted from Shopping Cart

Normally, your items will remain in shopping cart for 30 days. However some cookie problems may delete your items from cart. Please close the tab or browser and reopen to start the checkout process again

I placed an order but did not receive an email confirmation?

Common cause is you probably entered an invalid email address at checkout. Please call us or email to obtain an order confirmation.

Do you ship internationally?

I received a wrong or damaged item?

Upon arrival, inspect your package from damage and for its content. If you notice anything other than you expected, please call or email at service@thehomedecor.net

I ordered multiple items but received fewer

Please verify whether you received multiple tracking numbers for your order with many items in it. If so, you may receive them separately, because many items are shipped from different location

Do you ship overnight?

Yes. At checkout you have the option to select the right shipping method for you, as per your choice whether it''s 2 day or overnight shipping additional charges apply. Note, Order must be placed before 10:00 AM to qualify for Overnight Shipping.

Can I cancel or return a product?
